This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Vaazlo and is intended to provide a clear, transparent, and customer-friendly explanation of our return, exchange, and refund procedures. This policy is written for customers located in the United States, which is the primary country we serve.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that remain in new and unused condition. Customers have up to 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns are processed by mail only, and in-store or drop-off returns are not available.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at info@vaazlo.com. Once your request is reviewed, a return label will be issued. The label will be provided digitally, allowing you to download and print it at your convenience. All return shipping costs are covered by Vaazlo, ensuring no cost to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns. Products must be in new and unused condition, and the request must be submitted within the 45-day return window. Exchanges also follow our mail-in process, and the return label will be provided at no cost.

Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees for any return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for refund processing. After your refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

All refunds are processed in USD. If your original payment was made in a different currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These are determined solely by your payment provider and are not controlled by Vaazlo.
