Refund policy

We want the return process at Vaazlo to be clear from the start. This policy explains the timeframe for requesting a return, how approved returns and exchanges work, and when you can expect a refund.

30-Day Return Window

Vaazlo accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.

To request a return, contact us at info@vaazlo.com within the 30-day return window.

Return requests must be reviewed before an item is sent back. Please do not send an item without first receiving approval and the applicable return instructions from Vaazlo.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact info@vaazlo.com within 30 days from delivery to request a return.
2. Vaazlo will review your return request.
3. If the return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions, including where and how the item should be sent.
4. If a return shipping label applies to the approved return process, the applicable label or shipping instructions will be provided with your return instructions.
5. Send the item according to the approved instructions.
6. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.
7. If the return is approved following inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval to your original payment method.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval may not be processed as an approved return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges.

Vaazlo does not charge a restocking fee.

The appropriate shipping method and return destination will be provided as part of the approved return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your lighting product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@vaazlo.com so we can review the issue and provide the applicable instructions.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

To request an exchange, contact info@vaazlo.com. We will review the request and, if approved, provide the applicable exchange and return instructions.

Return shipping is free for approved exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are available before shipment.

If you would like to request a cancellation, contact us at info@vaazlo.com before your order has shipped.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt.

After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear after it has been processed may depend on the payment method or financial institution involved.
