This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for customers located in the United States, which is the only country we currently serve. All products available on our website are included under this policy, and every order is shipped using free shipping with no additional delivery charges.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-6), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays, and any orders submitted during these non-business periods will be handled on the next available business day.

Handling Time

Once an order has been successfully placed, we require between 1 to 5 business days to prepare and package your items. All handling and fulfillment activities occur Monday to Friday only. Orders are not prepared, packed, or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Transit Time

After the handling phase, your order begins its journey through our delivery partners. Transit typically requires 4 to 10 business days and takes place Monday through Friday. Delivery does not occur on weekends or U.S. public holidays, and such days are not counted as part of the transit timeframe.

Estimated Delivery Time

Based on our processing and transit schedules, most customers can expect their order to arrive within 5 to 15 business days from the date the order was placed. This range includes both the handling period and the time needed for final delivery.

Currency and Payment Notes

All transactions and charges on the Vaazlo website are processed in USD. If you make payment using a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply additional exchange rates or transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

Vaazlo proudly offers free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
